Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel, please email us at [orders@flagsource.in] with your order number.

Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Replacement will be processed after verification.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 working days after the returned item is received and approved.

Note: Custom-made or personalized flags are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
